VirtualCanines Rules

1. One Account Per Player

Each person may create and use one VirtualCanines account.

• Do not create multiple accounts to gain an advantage.
• Do not use additional accounts to bypass punishments.
• If multiple people in your household play, please contact a member of staff.

2. Play Fair

Do not intentionally exploit bugs, glitches or unintended game mechanics.

• If you discover a bug, stop using it.
• Report it to the staff team where possible.
• Do not share exploit methods with other players.

3. No Bots or Automation

Gameplay must be performed by you.

• Bots, scripts and automation are prohibited.
• Auto-clickers and macros may not be used.
• Any software that plays the game for you is not permitted.

4. Appropriate Names

Player names, kennel names, dog names and other user-created names must remain appropriate.

• No offensive, hateful or discriminatory names.
• No sexual or excessively profane names.
• Do not impersonate staff or other players.
• Staff may rename inappropriate content without notice.

5. Artwork & Content

Only use artwork that you have permission to use.

• AI-generated artwork is not permitted.
• Do not upload stolen or copyrighted artwork without permission.
• No offensive, explicit or disturbing images.
• You may use and edit VirtualCanines breed art and background art in game only, but do not redistribute it as your own or post outside of the game.

6. Be Respectful

Treat all players with respect.

• No harassment, bullying or personal attacks.
• No hate speech or discrimination.
• Healthy disagreements are fine - personal attacks are not.

7. Keep the Community Friendly

• Do not spam messages or flood discussions.
• Avoid excessive capital letters or repeated characters.
• Keep all public areas safe for work.

8. Use the Correct Areas

Please post in the appropriate forum sections and use the correct Discord channels where available to keep discussions organised.

9. Protect Your Privacy

• Do not share personal information.
• Do not pressure others into sharing theirs.
• Stay safe online.

10. Respect Staff

Moderators and administrators are here to help keep the game safe and enjoyable.

• Please follow reasonable staff instructions.
• If you disagree with a decision, contact staff privately.
• Public arguments regarding moderation may be removed.

11. Buying, Selling & Trading

• Do not buy or sell game assets for real-world money.
• Do not sell or share accounts.

12. Reporting Problems

If you encounter bugs, exploits, harassment or other rule violations, please report them to the staff team rather than responding publicly.
